Current exhibit: Olympic Challenge Exhibit

Now you can experience the thrill and challenge of the winter Olympic sports including Nordic skiing, alpine skiing, the biathlon, bobsled, the figure skate lift, and don't forget to find out the medal you would win!!! We even have the Jamaican bobsled used in the movie Cool Runnings on our main floor.

The Olympic Hall of Fame and Museum in Calgary, Alberta, created the Olympic Challenge Exhibit. The exhibit opened at the Museum in January 1998, and was a popular attraction delighting over 300,000 visitors until it closed in 2001. The Calgary Olympic Development Association, which is responsible for the management of the legacy of facilities and endowments left from the Winter Olympic Games of 1988, including the Olympic Hall of Fame and Museum, is pleased to donate this exhibition to the Saskatchewan Science Centre.
