I saw this with my two sons, 9 and 11, at the Paramount in Toronto. They are too young to have seen the other Supermans when they came out, but we did watch Superman: The Movie on DVD before this one, which helped a bit. The movie, while over two hours, did not feel long. This was important as my sons would have squirmed quite a bit. We were very impressed with the 3d, although those sequences were short. Especially the saving of the plane! I thought that this movie was well acted, especially Kevin Spacey, and the special effects were outstanding. I never realized how beautiful Kate Bosworth is... ...
