Sacred Site
Alternate Title(s): Night of the Comet
View the amazing color and motion of the night sky as only large-format film can capture it. Filmed primarily over mystical Ayers Rock in Australia, SACRED SITE follows the path of Halley's Comet in a once-in-a-lifetime view through three constellations: Ara, Lupus, and Centaurus. The film captures the color and fascination of the stars with a scope and clarity that cannot be seen with the naked eye.

I have the soundtrack to this movie. I have contacted the people responsible for this great film, but it appears the cost to transfer a 7 minute film from 70mm to DVD is too great for them to justify. I am attempting to recreate this film in the West Texas skies (even though there is no comet to film) so it can at least get some sort of recognition to the fans of Ron Fricke and Michael Stearns.
