Regarded as one of the most knowledgeable and experienced producers in this expanding field, The Science Museum of Minnesota has to date completed ten giant screen films. Produced for exhibition in its own OMNIMAX theater, SMM films are available in several formats, and have to date been seen by over 50 million people in large format theaters around the globe.

Films currently in release are The Greatest Places, Search for the Great Sharks, Tropical Rainforest, Ring of Fire, Seasons and Great Barrier Reef. The newest film in production, scheduled for release in 2002, is Jane Goodall's Wild Chimpanzees.
