MacGillivray Freeman Films Releases Nine Hi-Def DVDs

We are pleased to let you know that MacGillivray Freeman Films, Image Entertainment, and Microsoft have teamed up to release 9 new high definition DVD releases now available in stores and through online merchants in North America (Region 1). This series of hi def releases features MFF's most popular giant screen releases originally created for exhibition in IMAX theatres, including such hits as LIVING SEA, DOLPHINS and TO THE LIMIT.

These releases include 2 disks: 1 standard DVD disk and 1 Windows Media High-Definition Video (WMV HD) disk. The standard DVD disk plays on any standard DVD player in North America. The WMV HD disk is designed to run on Windows XP-based PCs equipped with certain processing and display specifications (see http://www.wmhvd.com).

This release marks the first time that Amazon, Speed, and To The Limit have ever been available as a home entertainment product. CORAL REEF ADVENTURE was previously released in the special WMV HD package in January, 2004 and is also available in retail stores.
